By accessing and using Decidra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Decidra is a decision-making assistant app that uses AI technology to help users analyze decisions, identify signals vs noise, create tasks, and track outcomes.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user
• You must be 13+ years old (16+ in EU)
• We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations

4. Subscription Terms

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new users
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via App Store/Play Store
• Refunds: Per App Store/Play Store policies
• Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance

Premium Features:

• Ad-free experience
• Unlimited analyses
• Priority support

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others

6. Sensitive Advice Disclaimer

Decidra provides GENERAL INFORMATION for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Decidra is NOT a substitute for professional advice.

For MEDICAL, LEGAL, or FINANCIAL decisions:

• Consult a qualified professional
• Do not rely solely on Decidra's analysis
• In medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately

We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis.

7. Advertising

• Free users see ads
• Ads are shown respectfully (not during core flows)
• You can control ad personalization (Settings → Ads Consent)
• Premium users do not see ads

8. Intellectual Property

• Decidra app, logo, and content are our property
• Your decision data belongs to you
• You grant us license to process your data for service delivery
• You retain all rights to your content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Decidra is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made using the app

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decidra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

• You can delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete Account)
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for: Terms violations; Abuse or fraud; Legal requirements
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
